Well, it is the day after our big outing. The pain I felt yesterday does not compare to the pain I am having today. While I don't regret the wonderful day with my children, a very high price is being paid. My shoulders and neck have been hurting all night and nothing has helped...medicine, heating pad, or cool packs. The muscles in my shoulders are so tight you could probably bounce a quarter off of them.
When I started this blog, it was my intention to bring awareness to chronic illness. I hope it is not coming across as me complaining all the time about my ailments.
Can't type much more for the pain...maybe more later today.
