...yes, I have another autoimmune disease. The doctors have diagnosed me with hyperthyroidism. This means my thyroid does not produce enough of whatever a thyroid produces. Nice explanation, huh? :-) The name of the disease is Hashimoto's disease. It adds another pill to the morning regimen. Even with insurance, the copays on my medicines are unreal.
Please pray that the new medicine will help the thyroid condition.
