...and I am still awake. It is Tuesday night at 11pm and I tried to go to bed at 9:30 but my body wouldn't let me. It seems my body is trying to have a terrible fibromyalgia flare. I don't have time for this but do I really ever have time for one?! The aches and pain are horrible. My legs, back, and shoulders feel like someone hit them with a baseball bat. The only way to get minimal relief is to take pain meds and just sleep it off.
Please pray that this flare will not last long.
